Amazing combination first time in the world:  100 hr Yin Yoga and Sound Healing Teacher Training Course is for the first time offered by a school in Rishikesh. We have designed this course with the objective of giving our students an opportunity to improve themselves according to their interested yoga style. This course provides solid base of knowledge and practice about yin yoga and sound healing and also self confidence to begin to teach yoga.

Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga that we stay in specific asanas from 2 to 5 minutes with focus on muscles and connective tissues. In yin yoga, as doing so the aim is to let go all tensions in the muscles and relax them.

History and benifits:  According to Tibetan oral tradition, the existence of Singing Bowls dates back to 560-480 B.C. As different philosophical approaches of Eastern Medicine explain, happiness and health body is a result of the same rhythm of the cells and organs in our bodies. Diseases and unhappiness result from disharmony and imbalance in the cells and organs. Sound Healing is to tune our bodies and reawaken so that to heal it. As Western World also has turned into energy healing, this is a good opportunity to learn Sound Healing.

This is a life and heart touching self discovery and learning journey of yoga in spiritual Rishikesh which is settled in the foothills of Himalayas and home to holy mother Ganges River.

We offer both shared and private rooms. For private rooms, you need to pay extra.

 To make our students feel comfortable during their stay, we do our best to offer them this comfort. In the rooms, hot and cold water, wifi facilities are available.

 Extra Cost for Private Room: In addition to your course fee, you should pay 100 USD extra.


We serve vegetarian food. According to needs of our students we also serve gluten free and vegan food. However, if you have any specific conditions with the food such as food allergies, etc., we will be happy to prepare special food for you if you inform us in advance.

 3 meals are served in a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food menu is prepared through taking into consideration of balanced nutrition needs.

  • It is an intensive course and we have only two weeks. Here eating, drinking, and sleeping and walking is also a class. You have to learn from everything.
  • Every free time give you more opportunity to learn.
  • After you wake up you get some free time specially after all meals they will be your self-study time and they are important part of the course.
  • Even when you sleep after a long day, you should not lose your energy and you have to be aware and go with yoga nidra and have deep sleep.
  • Every time when you walk either towards the mountain or street or city you need to be aware of your breath, then only you could feel the essence of yoga as the LIVING YOGA.

Students are allowed to ask any questions related to their subjects to our teacher at any time even in their free time. So that they can learn as much as possible.

  • In order to Pass the 200 Hours yoga teacher training course student has to appeared the final exam and they have to pass to be certified.
  • Final exam will be both Practical and Written. Student has to show the asana

  • Living Yoga School is a Traditional Vinyasa Yoga School.
  • The Teaching starts from early in the morning. The time schedule of the practices changes according to the seasons.
  • Respectful behavior is mandatory at all times on and off the premises.
  • To respect the rules and regulations Living Yoga School will not refund the fee of students after joining the course.
  • We must be informed in advance if the student is not going to come for a meal.
  • Before departure from Living Yoga School, students must return all the books from the library.
  • Non-veg. food, smoking, and drinking alcohol are not allowed on the Vinyasa Yoga Academy premises.
  • On the premises, modest dressing is mandatory.
  • Silence should be maintained after 8 pm.
  • Regular home work should be completed.
  • All classes are mandatory to attend.
  • As a part of the evaluation procedure there will be a final exam both theory and practical.
  • Vinyasa Yoga Academy reserves the right to disqualify any students at anytime during TTC for misconduct or breaking the rules..

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in Living Yoga school.

  • If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform kitchen manager for avoiding food waste.
  • Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules.
  • Always be in the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join class.
  • Clear your books of account before departure from Living Yoga School.
  • Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed.
  • Living Yoga School provides accommodation for a student who join yoga classes. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation.
  • Student have to present in all scheduled program of Living Yoga School.
  • An advance of a course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
  • If student cancel the course, we accept cancellation but advance deposit will not be refund in cancellation.
  • There is no charge of course cancellation. Student just has to inform by email.
