More About Our 200 Hour Bali Yoga Teacher Training

Are you in Bali looking for a transforming yoga teacher's training?

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is the only place you need to look. We bring prominent Western teachers together with master yoga teachers from India to create very transforming events. Examining together the ideas of Yoga, Tantra, and modern science will help you to firmly grasp class sequencing that is creative, deliberate, successful, and dramatically transforming. Integrating these ideas into meaningful practice goes beyond the academic ideas and approaches you have acquired in this course.

You will experience yoga as it was always intended to be when the body, breath, and mind are cohesively connected; you will be expressing your power gracefully. The body stores knowledge and experience like a warehouse. Inner wisdom cannot be experienced without vitalizing, training, and synchronizing the systems of the body. Asana, alignment, anatomy, physiology, adjustments, changes, and cautions to empower your relationship with your body give a firm basis in the physical parts of yoga in this 200-hour yoga teacher training Bali course.

Yogic philosophy is mostly focused on helping us to really know ourselves by means of understanding of ourselves and what motivates our decisions and actions. On this road to self-knowledge, meditation is a useful instrument where we learn to establish a relationship with our own nature. Powerful and efficient meditation techniques will be taught to build a basis for practice that will benefit you long after your training is over.

  • One year of regular asana practice free from any restrictions.
  • Starting a consistent at least one hour, three times a week practice.
  • Being rather at ease working on inversions and performing intermediate backbends.

FAQ’s About 200 Hour YTTC in Bali

200-hour yoga teacher training course is designed for everyone willing to study what makes yoga work, build a strong basis of practice, and be interested in transcending simply the physical. Most students find the 200-hour program difficult on several levels—physical, emotional, and mental. Be ready to listen, meditate, write, share, move, stretch, strengthen, practice, work, learn, laugh, weep, and dance. The program calls for constant commitment, discipline, and endurance. Though always within your own safe limitations, growth happens outside of our comfort zones and you will be encouraged to reach beyond that barrier.

About half of our students register for this 200-hour yoga teacher certification program to become yoga teachers. But this course is also for driven, inquisitive yogis looking to deepen their knowledge and practice. First revealing and then building a healthy relationship with the real self is one of the main goals of Living Yoga School. Whether or whether you decide you want to teach, our main objective in this program is to walk you through potent and successful techniques and build a basis for practice that will benefit you long after your training ends.

Yes, our programs are Yoga Alliance accredited, hence upon completion you will get a globally known certificate.

Yes, you will be qualified to teach yoga and can register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) upon the program's successful completion.

Indeed, many people decide to stay longer to travel or improve their practice. One week after the 200h YTT ends, we usually start the 300h YTT (Level 2), so that students who wish to intensify their practice may simply enroll in both programs in one trip. Check the visa requirements for extended visits.

Living Yoga teaches hatha vinyasa yoga. Our approach is best defined as traditional Hatha, with flowing, dynamic Vinyasa sequences mixed with lengthier, integrated alignment and holding postures. Asana, bandha, mudra, pranayama, mantra, meditation, yoga nidra, and other elements comprise the yoga classes.

Surely! Many of our 200 hour graduates come back to finish their advanced 300 hour yoga teacher program under our direction. Months or years after your 200 hour YTT, anytime you feel you are ready to keep on the learning road.

Yes, many of our students attend the training only to enhance their practice. Actually, it's exactly the ideal approach to achieve it.

Our trainings routinely feature students over sixty. Our approach to yoga will not unduly push your body; it will open your energy channels. Although this training will present numerous challenges, many students find it surprising that it is not as physically demanding as they had expected. At the 200-hour level, we do not advocate sophisticated postures. We exhort simplicity of practice and mastery of the fundamental yoga poses.

I highly recommend Living Yoga School In Bali for yoga teacher training. They follow the curriculum of the Living Yoga School from India, incorporating traditional and spiritual elements. The caring and knowledgeable teachers, including one from the Living Yoga School, ensured a quality learning experience. Asana classes were excellent, though adjustments varied between the 100h and 200h groups. The school is responsive to feedback, making improvements like changing a challenging anatomy teacher.
